A media professional who graduated with a bachelor of journalism and multimedia communication from Africa Renewal University and media team leader at Life Church Nansana, serving GABDAC Ministries with faith, professional experience, and a commitment to community transformation.

Cyrus is a teacher by professional serving GABDAC Ministries with faith, professional experience and a commitment to community transformation through his career routed in Christ Jesus
Outeke Daniel Moses Uhuru
Mental Health Advocate
Uncle Dan is a dedicated mental health advocate, Uganda Prisons Service officer, and Uganda Premier League referee. Currently studying Community-Based Rehabilitation at Kyambogo University and serving as a Huduma Fellow (Cohort 2026) at the Leo Africa Institute, Daniel combines civic leadership with a passion for social justice. He actively champions men’s mental health and youth empowerment, organizing community initiatives to break stigma and encourage open conversations. Guided by integrity and empathy, Uncle Dan works to build inclusive, supportive communities and inspire lasting social impact across Uganda.

He is an American Christian author, financial coach, and former vocational minister. He is best known for his work in biblical stewardship, generosity, and personal finance coaching. He serves as a team member and financial life coach at Freedom 5:One Financial Coaching. design faith-based stewardship curricula; teach sustainable money management to vulnerable families; mentor young leaders in practical discipleship; and provides strategic oversight for resource optimization, ensuring high standards of accountability, transparency, and efficiency for donor capital across the organization’s pillars

IT DIRECTOR
Manages digital strategy, security, and technology infrastructure to support outreach and operations. Maintaining computer systems, software, and networks for staff and outreach centers through supporting online communication, media, and digital platforms to advance ministry goals. Protecting sensitive organizational data, donor records, and communication channels. Ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
